This policy explains how Brite Technologies LLC ("we") handles personal data in Dealbook — the website cars-flipper.com and the web app. Our general apps privacy policy is also available at britetodo.com/legal/PrivacyPolicyBrite.pdf.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and, if you add them, your ZIP code and calculation preferences.
• Your deals: the cars you track, prices, expenses, dates and notes you enter.
• Content you add: vehicle photos, listing links and text, asking prices and the estimates we generate for you.
• Usage and device data: pages and screens viewed, approximate location from IP address (country/region), device and browser type, and ad-click identifiers when you arrive from an ad.
• Messages: anything you send us by email.

How we use it

To provide the Service (calculate estimates and store them for you), to manage your subscription, to answer requests, to keep the Service secure, to measure and improve our product and advertising, and to meet legal obligations. Photos, listing text and links you submit are processed by AI models and market-data providers to produce results; listing links are opened by our servers to read the public page.

Who we share it with

Service providers acting on our behalf: hosting and database providers, AI model providers (to read photos and text), vehicle-data providers (we send the year, make, model and ZIP code, not your identity), and analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta) for measurement. We do not sell your personal data.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and, with your consent where required, analytics and advertising cookies to measure how people find and use the Service.

Retention and your rights

We keep your data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days after you delete your account, except where the law requires us to keep records. You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to marketing, by emailing hello@britetodo.com. Residents of the EU/UK and US states such as California have the rights given by their local law; you may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and access to it is limited to the people and providers who need it to run the Service.

Children

The Service is for adults and is not directed to children under 16.
